Warranty:
 
Metrodispenser is guaranteed against all defects of manufacture, in materials and workmanship, during a period of one year from date of purchase in any country of the world.

Deliveries within the EUROPEAN UNION will comply with the DIRECTIVE 1.999/44/CE, of the European Parliament and the Council, of 25 May 1999.

Breakages not due to faulty workmanship of the affected components are expressly excluded from this warranty. Inadequate or negligent use of the dispenser or of any of its accessories is also excluded.

In the case of any defect  the dispenser should be sent for assessment to our factory at the following address:

Packaging and transport costs must be paid by the costumer. Once the defect is evaluated and accepted the costs of return of the goods to the customer will be covered by the manufacturer.

For a correct use or the dispenser and it's accessories the User Manual should be consulted.
